Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing their order.

Please ensure that:

• The street name is entered correctly.
• The house/building number is entered in the appropriate field.
• Any apartment, unit or additional address information is entered correctly.
• The postal code and city are accurate.

KOTSAF is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to respond to the carrier's request for address correction or additional delivery information, the parcel may be returned to KOTSAF.

In such cases:

• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
• If the customer wishes to receive the order again, a new shipping fee must be paid before the parcel is reshipped.
• If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the value of the products only, excluding the original shipping costs and any applicable return shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work towards an appropriate solution.
