Warranty & Legal Guarantee

KOTSAF products are covered by the applicable statutory consumer guarantee under Belgian and EU law. We do not provide a separate commercial warranty unless explicitly stated.

If a product purchased from kotsaf.com arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, please contact us at info@kotsaf.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, photos of the product.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, or price reduction.

The legal guarantee does not cover issues caused solely by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow product instructions, accidental damage, or personal preferences regarding fragrance, texture, hold or styling result.

Opening a cosmetic product does not affect your statutory rights if the product is genuinely defective or non-conforming. This is separate from our 14-day right of withdrawal, where hygiene-related restrictions may apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable Belgian or EU consumer law.
